"Albert’s catered a luncheon for us yesterday and I want to say THANK YOU! It was a big success our out of town guest were pleasantly surprised with the selection of pork and chicken not to mention the sides. Everyone commented on the “down home” taste of the beans, potato salad and especially the peach cobbler. The slaw had a unique taste that no one could put their finger on but kept going back for more servings. Can’t forget about the rolls (my favorite), stashed a couple away and warmed them up this morning for breakfast. The biggest challenge was my husband who was lucky enough to have a plate for supper last night. We have had your ribs and pork before but he talked about the chicken half the night. Again a BIG THANK YOU we will be using Albert’s in the future for our catering. ~
